  • • In this pivotal role, you will assume ownership of the entire sales cycle, from meticulously developing a robust pipeline of opportunities to expertly closing complex deals. You will thrive in navigating intricate, multi-stakeholder engagements, cultivating deep and lasting relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across target organizations. Your success will be intrinsically linked to your ability to collaborate closely with our talented Sales Engineering team, working in tandem to craft compelling and persuasive business cases that not only accelerate interest but also drive the adoption of Mirantis' advanced AI platform.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass developing and executing a comprehensive, strategic sales plan tailored to your assigned territory. This plan will focus on identifying and targeting high-potential accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline growth, and achieving ambitious revenue goals. You will be instrumental in implementing innovative and tailored sales approaches designed to capture emerging opportunities within the burgeoning AI Infrastructure market, with a particular emphasis on helping clients optimize their critical GPU investments for maximum return on investment.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves engaging directly and proactively with customers to gain a profound understanding of their unique AI and Machine Learning (ML) requirements. The insights you gather will be invaluable, serving to influence Mirantis' product roadmap and ensure our solutions remain precisely aligned with the ever-evolving needs and strategic objectives of our clients. You will transition from a sales representative to a trusted advisor, becoming an expert in AI Infrastructure.
  • • As a recognized authority in AI Infrastructure, you will provide strategic insights and consultative guidance to both customers and partners. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating and demonstrating the profound transformational value that Mirantis' AI Infrastructure solutions deliver, showcasing how they can revolutionize business operations and drive competitive advantage.
  • • You will conduct comprehensive discovery sessions, employing a consultative methodology to uncover complex business challenges faced by potential clients. Based on these deep dives, you will design and propose tailored AI Infrastructure architectures that are specifically engineered to deliver impactful, measurable solutions and tangible business outcomes.
  • • Navigating and managing intricate, often lengthy, sales cycles will be a daily reality. You will guide opportunities from initial engagement through rigorous negotiation phases to successful closure. This includes the meticulous drafting of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately reflect the scope and deliverables for complex AI Infrastructure deployments.
  • • You will lead the negotiation of commercial terms and contractual agreements with key decision-makers, ensuring that all outcomes are mutually beneficial and lay the foundation for strong, long-term partnerships. Your ability to articulate value and build consensus will be paramount in securing these agreements.
  • • Beyond closing deals, you will be responsible for fostering and nurturing long-term relationships with your accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Mirantis' comprehensive suite of AI solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • • This role demands a proactive, self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining a highly collaborative team player. You will leverage CRM tools and sales enablement resources effectively to manage your pipeline, track progress, and forecast accurately.
