- • Serve as an Account Executive responsible for developing, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the mid-market segment for Highspot’s sales enablement platform.
- • Drive full-cycle sales processes including prospecting, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing of deals with Sales and Marketing professionals.
- • Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent execution of sales activities.
- • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue outcomes using CRM systems and company-approved methodologies.
- • Project manage customer evaluations by coordinating cross-functionally with the Highspot team, including solutions engineers, customer success, and marketing.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within mid-market accounts to identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption.
- • Leverage deep understanding of sales enablement challenges to articulate Highspot’s value proposition and differentiate from competitors.
- • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and customer feedback loops.
- • Operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving sales environment that requires adaptability and proactive communication.
- • Earn uncapped commissions with performance-based accelerators tied directly to individual and team sales achievements.
- • Represent Highspot’s mission and values by delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering trust through transparency and integrity.
- • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving buyer behaviors in the sales enablement and B2B SaaS markets.
- • Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize outreach, tailor messaging, and optimize conversion rates across the sales funnel.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or other designated CRM platforms to ensure visibility and accountability across the sales organization.
- • Participate in regular training, coaching sessions, and sales enablement programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, playbooks, and collateral based on real-world customer interactions and feedback.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, specifically within the mid-market segment
- • Demonstrated experience selling to Sales and Marketing professionals and understanding their pain points around enablement, adoption, and performance
- • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management
- • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through closing and handoff
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach
- • Self-motivated with a track record of thriving in remote, performance-driven environments
