  • • Sell Skimmer’s multi-product suite including AIPhone, bookkeeping software, marketing tools, and payroll solutions to both new and existing customers in the pool and spa service industry.
  • • Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and driving upsells/cross-sells within the existing customer base.
  • • Conduct high-impact discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, goals, and opportunities, with a focus on attaching payments and financial products to every account.
  • • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Skimmer’s solutions with specific customer needs, emphasizing the value of integrated financial tools.
  • • Act as a business consultant by analytically connecting customer challenges to Skimmer’s product offerings, identifying unarticulated needs, and influencing key decision-makers.
  • • Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), ensuring consistent pipeline growth and deal progression with urgency and precision.
  • • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to share field insights that shape product positioning, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
  • • Adapt quickly to a fast-moving product roadmap, gaining credibility on new features and upcoming solutions before they are widely documented or supported by case studies.
  • • Operate without a predefined playbook—create and refine sales approaches, objection-handling scripts, and messaging as new products launch and market feedback emerges.
  • • Maintain rigorous organizational discipline in managing time, priorities, and pipeline stages while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas.
  • • Drive net-new customer acquisition while expanding revenue within Skimmer’s existing 7,000+ customer base through strategic upsell and cross-sell motions.
  • • Serve as a founding seller in a new sales motion, helping define how Skimmer scales its multi-product offerings and shapes future sales processes.
  • • Communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels of customer organizations, from owners to operations managers, building rapport and trust through transparent, consultative selling.
  • • Synthesize customer feedback into structured insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams to improve offerings and go-to-market strategy.
  • • Embrace change and ambiguity, thriving in a dynamic environment where product evolution and sales strategy are co-developed in real time.
  • • Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, believing that extra effort—such as making 10 additional calls—is the key to exceeding quota.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment or overachievement
  • • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals end-to-end
  • • Comfort building without a playbook: able to sell products without established pitches, case studies, or polished objection-handling libraries
  • • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport across all levels of an organization
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, pipeline, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
