  • • Own the full sales cycle for SMB dental practices in Italy, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, negotiation, and closing of new clients
  • • Proactively identify and engage dental offices through outbound outreach to drive new customer acquisition and expand Dandy’s market presence
  • • Serve as a founding member of Dandy’s Italian sales team, shaping localized sales motion, messaging, and processes tailored to the Italian market
  • • Consistently log and manage all sales activities, pipeline stages, and performance metrics in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
  • • Become a trusted advisor to dental practitioners by mastering Dandy’s product offerings and articulating clear value propositions tied to practice efficiency, patient care, and operational growth
  • • Collaborate directly with senior sales leadership to define, refine, and exceed regional revenue targets and KPIs
  • • Operate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving processes and limited structure
  • • Build deep industry knowledge of the dental sector, understanding clinician workflows, practice challenges, and decision-making dynamics in Italy
  • • Maintain disciplined pipeline management with clear stages, timelines, and next steps to ensure consistent deal progression and predictability
  • • Represent Dandy with professionalism and authenticity in all client interactions, serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early adoption phases
  • • Adapt quickly to feedback from customers and internal teams to iterate on sales tactics, pitch messaging, and objection handling strategies
  • • Work in-office daily in Milan to collaborate closely with regional and global sales teams, fostering alignment and knowledge sharing
  • • Demonstrate cultural fluency and business etiquette in both Italian and English when engaging with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • • Embrace ambiguity and resource constraints as part of building a scalable sales function from the ground up in a new market
  • • Track and report on competitive landscape developments and market trends affecting dental practices in Italy
  • • Uphold Dandy’s commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and ethical business practices in all customer and team interactions

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years owning a full-cycle closing role
  • • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment strongly preferred
  • • Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resources
  • • Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management
  • • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • • Demonstrated track record of professional success
