  • • Cambly Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to spearhead our B2B sales efforts in South Korea. This is a remote position, offering a unique opportunity to build and scale our presence in a dynamic market. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by partnering with HR leaders and Learning & Development (L&D) visionaries to deliver innovative English language training solutions to Korean enterprises.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will operate as a strategic hunter, consultant, and trusted advisor, managing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the South Korean market, focusing on companies that can benefit from Cambly's world-class online English learning platform.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive Target Account Plan for your designated region. This includes meticulous research to identify high-potential companies and prioritizing outreach to the most promising prospects. You will be empowered to define your strategy and focus your efforts on clients that align with Cambly's growth objectives.
  • • Building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline will be a core responsibility. While you will manage inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts, a substantial part of your success will depend on your proactive outbound prospecting. You will be expected to identify, connect with, and convert new accounts to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • • The consultative selling approach is paramount. You will employ insightful questioning techniques and a value-driven sales methodology to deeply understand the unique challenges and objectives of prospective clients. By building strong, credible relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, you will position Cambly as the premier solution for their English language training needs, driving both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • • Networking will be a critical component of your strategy. You will leverage in-person meetings, industry events, and conferences to cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders. These interactions will be vital for building brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • While this is a remote role, you will be expected to travel up to 5% of the time to attend important meetings, client engagements, and industry events across South Korea, ensuring a strong physical presence where necessary.
  • • A key part of your role will involve establishing and nurturing Executive Partnerships. You will engage directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership to understand their strategic business objectives and present how Cambly's solutions can address critical challenges, such as global communication, employee development, and international market expansion. Your ability to gain executive buy-in will be crucial for securing large, company-wide training programs.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, leverage marketing-generated collateral, and provide feedback on market needs to inform future campaign development. This synergy will be essential for maximizing lead generation and conversion rates.
  • • This role demands a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a relentless drive for results, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. You will be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, remote work environment and will be motivated by the opportunity to take ownership of and shape the South Korean market for Cambly.
