📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth in Germany by winning over doctors and healthcare professionals to adopt its leading digital health platform, directly contributing to the mission of transforming healthcare access and efficiency across Europe.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and needs analysis to pitching Doctolib’s solutions and closing deals—while tracking performance in Salesforce to optimize your sales strategy and achieve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets in your region.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of over 2,900 Doctolib employees across Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, working within a fast-growing European leader in e-health that is committed to improving healthcare through technology, innovation, and inclusive values.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced B2B sales expertise, sharpen your entrepreneurial mindset, and gain deep insights into the healthcare digitalization landscape, all while building long-term relationships with medical professionals and contributing to a product that improves millions of lives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based B2B sales
- • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills with a proactive approach to customer outreach
- • High energy, passion for selling, and a confident, professional presence that builds trust and convinces clients
- • Strong organizational skills, results-driven attitude, and ability to maintain focus amid challenges
- • Fluency in German at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written
- • Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites
