- • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers responsible for managing PPRO’s most strategic enterprise client relationships, including PSPs and Enterprise Merchants, during a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover assignment.
- • Drive revenue growth and expansion within existing high-impact client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with PPRO’s global payment solutions.
- • Serve as the primary external point of contact for key enterprise clients, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring exceptional client experience throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to align client needs with organizational priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
- • Translate complex client requirements into actionable strategic initiatives that influence product roadmaps, service enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.
- • Manage and resolve escalated client issues with urgency and precision, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- • Develop and execute account growth plans that reflect deep understanding of local payment ecosystems, regulatory environments, and market dynamics across PPRO’s global footprint.
- • Monitor key performance indicators for client accounts, using data-driven insights to optimize engagement strategies and forecast revenue trajectories.
- • Champion PPRO’s internal values of #chooseaction, #beopen, #thinkcustomer, #gofurther, and #wintogether by fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and customer-centric team culture.
- • Represent PPRO at senior client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums to strengthen brand presence and reinforce PPRO’s position as a leader in global payment access.
- • Work with senior stakeholders across the business to align account management strategy with company-wide objectives, ensuring cohesive execution across geographies and business units.
- • Provide regular executive-level reporting on account health, client satisfaction, revenue performance, and strategic risks or opportunities.
- • Identify and mitigate risks to client retention and revenue continuity through proactive relationship management and early intervention strategies.
- • Support the onboarding and development of new Enterprise Account Managers, providing mentorship and coaching to ensure team success and continuity.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payment trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting enterprise clients in key markets.
- • Ensure all client interactions and account documentation adhere to PPRO’s compliance, governance, and data protection standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Account Management Director or equivalent senior leadership role managing enterprise client portfolios in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client relationships with PSPs, enterprise merchants, or financial technology partners.
- • Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing account management teams.
- • Deep understanding of global payment systems, local payment methods, and cross-border transaction ecosystems.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executives across product, engineering, and operations functions.
- • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strategic, multi-domain objectives.
