- • Lead a team of up to 4 Account Managers focused on LATAM clients, providing mentorship, conducting regular 1:1s, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
- • Manage a portfolio of strategic large clients, driving year-over-year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%+
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of critical issues
- • Deliver exceptional customer service across your own client accounts while supporting your team in maintaining the same high standard
- • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams to align client needs with platform capabilities
- • Lead product training sessions and regular Account Management team meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
- • Generate, analyze, and present reports on team performance, account metrics, and KPIs to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
- • Maintain deep familiarity with client business models and travel industry dynamics to provide proactive, value-driven guidance
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect WeTravel’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and exceptional service
- • Support the onboarding and development of new Account Managers through structured guidance and feedback
- • Utilize cutting-edge tools and equipment provided by WeTravel to optimize client management and reporting efficiency
- • Participate in the 2-week cross-functional onboarding program to gain comprehensive understanding of the platform and company operations
- • Contribute to a global, travel-loving team culture that values adventure, innovation, and inclusivity
- • Adhere to the company’s remote work policy, with a maximum of 4 weeks of remote work per calendar year outside LATAM
- • Take advantage of the annual Amsterdam Program, spending 2–4 weeks at WeTravel’s HQ in Amsterdam, staying in company-provided apartments
- • Utilize unlimited paid time off to recharge and maintain sustainable work habits
- • Take up to three paid volunteer days per year to support causes personally meaningful to you

- • Work under a full-time, fixed-term contractor agreement as an international contractor with monthly USD payments

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role with a demonstrated track record of consistently hitting 100% of targets year over year
- • Strong customer service and communication skills
- • Proven ability to manage large account portfolios
- • Leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing others
- • Solid project management skills
- • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
