  • • Lead a team of up to 4+ Account Managers in LATAM, providing mentorship, conducting regular 1:1s, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • • Manage a focused portfolio of strategic clients, driving year-over-year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%+
  • • Serve as the primary escalation point for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely and exceptional resolution of issues
  • • Deliver high-quality customer service across your own client accounts while supporting your team in maintaining the same standard
  • • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to align client needs with platform capabilities
  • • Lead product trainings and Account Management team meetings to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and process adherence
  • • Generate and analyze performance reports on team KPIs, account metrics, and revenue trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • • Support career development and growth pathways for team members through feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with WeTravel’s platform and its application within the travel industry to provide expert guidance to clients
  • • Ensure all client interactions reflect WeTravel’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and exceptional service
  • • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to identify upsell and retention opportunities within your client portfolio
  • • Adapt communication and strategy based on regional market dynamics across LATAM to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
  • • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in CRM systems to ensure data integrity and actionable insights
  • • Represent the Account Management team in cross-departmental initiatives and client-facing strategic discussions
  • • Balance leadership responsibilities with direct client management, ensuring neither role is compromised by the other
  • • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within client accounts and escalate or act on them with urgency and precision
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Account Management processes, tools, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role, with a demonstrated track record of consistently hitting 100% of targets year over year
  • • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • • Proven ability to manage large account portfolios
  • • Leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing others
  • • Solid project management skills
  • • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
