📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, including senior executives at multinational corporations and mid-sized companies across private and public sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and deepen client engagement.
• Manage contract renewals proactively, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted product expert and consultant, guiding clients on the effective use of DiliTrust’s legal tech solutions, including AI-assisted contract life management and General Meeting reporting tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development, and marketing teams to represent client needs and drive product improvements.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to client business outcomes and product usage to inform strategic account planning.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex technical features into business value.
• Maintain detailed client records and activity logs to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with company-wide goals.
• Adapt communication and engagement strategies to suit diverse cultural and regulatory environments across international markets.
• Work within a multicultural team spanning France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and Dubai, fostering inclusive and collaborative client interactions.
• Stay current on legal tech innovations and industry trends to provide forward-thinking advice to clients.
• Demonstrate autonomy in managing client portfolios while aligning with company-wide objectives and values.

• Participate in on-site client meetings and internal interviews as part of the recruitment and client onboarding process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
• Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for clients
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
