- • Own the design, development, and maintenance of a new frontend codebase using React and TypeScript to build a scalable, clean, and efficient architecture.
- • Deliver high-quality, testable code at a high pace to enable rapid feature deployment and sustain developer productivity.
- • Implement and manage integrations with external services for A/B testing and feature flagging to validate product decisions with data.
- • Collaborate closely with the CTO, backend teams, and Product to translate product vision into technical execution and drive strategic technical decisions.
- • Serve as a key technical resource and mentor for other engineers, setting standards for code quality and frontend best practices.
- • Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as part of the daily development workflow to enhance efficiency and code quality.
- • Ensure a polished, user-friendly interface by applying strong design sensitivity and independently refining UI/UX details.
- • Maintain a focus on performance optimization to deliver a seamless and responsive user experience across all platforms.
- • Work autonomously with full ownership of the frontend stack, taking accountability for architecture, implementation, and long-term maintainability.
- • Prioritize developer productivity and speed without compromising code quality, aligning with a "Move Fast" mentality.
- • Solve complex technical challenges creatively and efficiently, ensuring solutions directly impact measurable business outcomes.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by actively participating in technical discussions and proposing improvements to systems and processes.
- • Build and maintain integrations that support data-driven product development, ensuring features are validated through real user feedback and metrics.
- • Participate in end-to-end development cycles, from concept and design to deployment and iteration, with a strong emphasis on quality and scalability.
- • Stay current with frontend trends and tooling, applying industry best practices to continuously elevate the engineering standards of the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience (7+ years) in developing scalable applications with TypeScript and React
- • Functional understanding of JavaScript backends (e.g., NestJS) to enable seamless collaboration and end-to-end development
- • Proven ability to write high-quality, testable code with a passion for performance optimization
- • Strong design sensitivity and ability to create polished, user-friendly interfaces independently
- • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and accountability for the entire frontend stack
