- • Own the full expansion sales cycle for a defined book of existing mid-market construction customers, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
- • Conduct regular business reviews with key customer stakeholders including construction leaders, finance teams, and operations personnel to assess product adoption, value realization, and identify expansion opportunities.
- • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers across customer organizations to position Finvari as a strategic partner in payment automation.
- • Accurately maintain and update pipeline, activity, and forecast data in HubSpot CRM to ensure visibility and alignment with sales and leadership teams.
- • Represent Finvari at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events to strengthen relationships and demonstrate product value in real-world construction environments.
- • Serve as the primary internal advocate for customers, translating customer feedback on product usage, pain points, and market needs to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
- • Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Team, and Customer Success to align on account strategy, prioritize high-potential opportunities, and execute deal plans.
- • Manage multiple concurrent expansion opportunities with precision, balancing urgency, customer needs, and internal resource constraints.
- • Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover latent needs within existing accounts and position Finvari’s SaaS payment solutions as essential tools for operational efficiency.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry’s payment workflows, challenges, and decision-making structures to tailor value propositions effectively.
- • Travel periodically to meet customers in person for relationship-building, on-site demonstrations, and strategic account reviews.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment, taking full accountability for achieving quota and driving revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- • Act as a brand ambassador for Finvari, embodying the company’s mission to eliminate manual payment tasks and empower construction leaders to focus on building infrastructure of tomorrow.
- • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs between Customer Success and Sales, ensuring continuity and maximizing customer retention and expansion.
- • Stay current on product updates, pricing changes, and competitive landscape to confidently articulate Finvari’s differentiation in customer conversations.
- • Maintain strict adherence to compliance and data integrity standards in all customer interactions and CRM documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in account management, customer success, or sales
- • Experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions
- • Proven ability to drive expansion revenue and manage a book of business
- • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
- • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- • Willingness to travel periodically for customer relationship-building
