- • As an Account Manager at Zipline, you will manage ongoing customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- • You will support and lead the onboarding of new customers, act as the voice of the customer internally, build strong relationships across customer organizations, advise on best practices, educate on product updates, partner with cross-functional teams, own customer health and renewal readiness, use data to drive strategy, identify expansion opportunities, lead challenging situations, and collaborate with Marketing to create customer success assets.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience managing customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment, including ownership of renewals and expansion opportunities
- • Exceptional communication skills and strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data and reporting to assess account health and inform strategy
- • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders
- • Retail experience preferred, particularly in store operations or headquarters environments
- • Willingness to travel and comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
