- • As an Account Manager at Zipline, you will manage ongoing customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- • You will support and lead the onboarding of new customers, act as the voice of the customer internally, build strong relationships across customer organizations, advise on best practices, educate on product updates, and partner with Implementation, Support, Product, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in customer success, gain deep experience in B2B SaaS account management, strengthen analytical and project management skills, and drive measurable impact through retention, expansion, and customer advocacy, positioning yourself for long-term growth in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience managing customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment, including ownership of renewals and expansion opportunities
- • Exceptional communication skills and strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data and reporting to assess account health and inform strategy
- • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders
- • Experience supporting customer onboarding and familiarity with implementation processes such as SSO, hierarchy/user setup, training, and launch planning is a plus
- • Retail experience preferred, particularly in store operations or headquarters environments
