  • • Manage a portfolio of 700+ existing enterprise customers across global market segments, ensuring high retention and expansion of revenue through strategic account planning and relationship management.
  • • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging deep product knowledge of Patch My PC’s solutions for Microsoft ConfigMgr, Intune, and WSUS.
  • • Collaborate closely with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer to deliver technical value, address customer needs, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of third-party patching automation tools.
  • • Nurture and advance a large pipeline of active leads, guiding prospects through the sales cycle with tailored demonstrations, proposals, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • • Orchestrate complex B2B deals involving multiple decision-makers, including IT, Security, and Operations teams, to close contracts and expand customer commitments.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trusted advisor relationships that result in long-term customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and coordinated internal support.
  • • Work in alignment with a Europe-based leader to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM systems.
  • • Participate in occasional travel for industry conferences, customer site visits, and internal team gatherings, as required.
  • • Maintain a thorough understanding of enterprise IT environments, patching challenges, and security compliance requirements to effectively position Patch My PC’s solutions.
  • • Represent Patch My PC professionally in customer meetings, webinars, and industry events, reinforcing brand credibility and product expertise.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management processes, customer success workflows, and sales enablement materials based on frontline insights.
  • • Operate as a fully remote team member, self-directing daily priorities while maintaining high responsiveness and collaboration across time zones.
  • • Uphold company values by fostering a customer-first mindset, demonstrating integrity in all interactions, and supporting a culture of mutual respect and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as an Account Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a track record of managing large, complex customer portfolios
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and retention through strategic account planning and stakeholder influence
  • • Strong understanding of Microsoft endpoint management platforms (ConfigMgr, Intune, WSUS) or similar enterprise IT infrastructure
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • • Self-directed work ethic with proven success in fully remote environments
  • • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
