- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Tencent Cloud’s B2B and B2G platform offerings in Singapore, translating complex cloud, AI and network-security technologies into market-winning solutions that accelerate digital transformation across retail, medical, education and transportation verticals.
- • Drive product strategy by continuously scanning the regional ecosystem—mapping competitor moves, emerging standards and regulatory shifts—then distilling insights into clear road-maps that position Tencent Cloud as the preferred partner for large-scale industry digitization.
- • Translate cutting-edge cloud-computing trends (serverless, edge, confidential computing, AI-as-a-Service) into concrete product requirements, working hand-in-hand with engineering to ensure that technical breakthroughs become commercially viable features with measurable ROI.
- • Architect and optimize data-driven business monitoring systems that track adoption, usage, cost and customer health in real time; use these insights to refine pricing, packaging and go-to-market motions that lift win-rates and reduce churn.
- • Build scalable IT support, customer-service and channel-enablement frameworks that empower resellers, GSIs and SI partners to sell, deploy and support Tencent Cloud solutions autonomously, lowering cost-to-serve while expanding market reach.
- • Lead cross-functional squads across engineering, UX, sales, marketing and finance to deliver releases on aggressive timelines; define KPIs, manage backlogs and run sprint reviews that keep every stakeholder aligned on value delivery.
- • Conduct deep-dive customer research—interviews, ride-alongs, NPS analysis—and synthesize findings into prioritized requirement themes; champion the customer voice in every planning session and ensure the backlog reflects the highest-impact pain points.
- • Craft compelling go-to-market narratives, collaterals and demo assets that resonate with C-suite buyers and technical evaluators alike; present at industry events, webinars and customer councils to build thought-leadership and pipeline.
- • Establish governance for feedback loops that capture field insights from sales, solution architects and customer success; turn qualitative anecdotes into quantitative data that feeds continuous product improvement.
- • Negotiate strategic partnerships with ISVs, system integrators and government agencies, structuring co-sell motions and joint road-maps that unlock new revenue streams and strengthen Tencent’s influence across ASEAN.
- • Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture where diverse perspectives are celebrated; mentor junior PMs and foster psychological safety so the team can experiment, learn and iterate rapidly.
- • Stay resilient and constructive when facing skeptical customers, shifting priorities or technical setbacks—turn challenges into opportunities to sharpen product-market fit and deepen customer trust.
