- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will serve as a critical technical bridge between the company’s cutting-edge AI audio platforms and its most strategic enterprise customers, directly enabling real-world impact through tailored, high-stakes integrations that push the boundaries of what’s possible with voice and generative AI.
- • You will take full ownership of end-to-end project execution for key partners—from initial technical discovery and architecture design through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization—working hands-on to solve complex, ambiguous problems where standard product offerings fall short.
- • Daily collaboration with customer engineering and executive teams will be central to your role, requiring you to translate business needs into technical solutions, advocate for ElevenLabs’ capabilities internally, and ensure seamless adoption and value realization across use cases in customer support, sales, education, and beyond.
- • You will drive innovation by leveraging your deep software engineering skills to build custom integrations, extend APIs, prototype new features, and troubleshoot edge cases—often operating in fast-moving, high-visibility environments where your contributions directly influence product roadmap and customer success.

- • Proficiency in Python and strong software development fundamentals, including software architecture, API design and integration, and experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
- • Demonstrated ability to work closely with customers in a technical capacity—whether through professional experience, internships, student projects, or side initiatives—with a genuine interest in solving real-world problems alongside engineering and executive stakeholders.
- • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and apply logical reasoning to navigate ambiguity and drive optimal solutions.
