- • As a Solutions Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) at Couchbase, you will serve as a primary technical field expert, driving customer success by explaining NoSQL advantages, demonstrating Couchbase Server capabilities, and solving customer problems to generate excitement about adopting scalable database solutions.
- • Day to day, you will guide customers in solving their problems with Couchbase Server, collaborate with sales on account strategy, manage PoC/Pilots, deliver technical presentations, engage with developers and architects, act as the product expert, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Couchbase, the operational data platform for AI, trusted by major market-leading companies and over 30% of the Fortune 100 to power mission-critical workloads with a unified platform built for performance, flexibility, and global scale.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise pre-sales, NoSQL technologies, and customer-facing technical consulting while contributing to product improvement through field feedback and helping enterprises modernize their data infrastructure.
