• • As the GRC Manager, you will be the primary architect of our operational integrity. Your core responsibility will be to ensure that our ambitious mission to empower creators is underpinned by a robust foundation of global trust. This involves developing and executing a comprehensive GRC strategy that aligns with our fast-paced, innovation-driven culture. You will be expected to lead the charge in obtaining and maintaining critical industry certifications, ensuring our technology and processes meet the highest global standards for security, privacy, and reliability.
• • A significant aspect of this role will involve close collaboration with our Agent and Platform engineering teams. Your goal will be to "bake compliance directly into our product offering," meaning you will work proactively to integrate security and compliance considerations from the earliest stages of product development. This requires a deep understanding of our technical architecture and a talent for translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable engineering tasks. You will champion a culture where compliance is seen as an enabler of innovation, not a constraint.
• • You will play a pivotal role in leading Lovable Labs Inc.'s evolution towards becoming a "public-ready" company. This entails establishing and maintaining the highest standards of transparency, particularly in the rapidly evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence. You will define and implement policies and procedures that ensure our AI development and deployment practices are ethical, secure, and compliant with emerging regulations, setting a benchmark for the industry.
• • Building and managing effective cross-functional workflows will be crucial. You will act as a central point of coordination, aligning HR, Finance, Legal, and Engineering departments under a unified risk management framework. This involves fostering clear communication channels, establishing shared objectives, and ensuring that all teams understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining our compliance posture. Your ability to translate technical risks into financial and legal implications, and vice versa, will be key to bridging these diverse functional areas.
