You will act as a crucial bridge between our customers and our internal engineering, product, and documentation teams, translating customer needs into actionable insights and driving product improvements.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously dissect intricate customer inquiries, leveraging your technical acumen to navigate the Mapbox platform and its underlying architecture. You will be expected to not only identify the root cause of issues but also to craft clear, concise, and empathetic responses that resolve customer problems effectively. - • This role is particularly focused on supporting our growing automotive sector clients in China.
