- • Provide exceptional, empathetic, and timely support to clinicians via email and video calls, resolving technical, clinical, and workflow-related issues with Nabla’s AI assistant platform.
- • Manage and resolve customer support tickets in Front, addressing diverse needs including clinical quality assurance, product education, software troubleshooting, and EHR integration concerns.
- • Educate and empower clinicians through personalized tutorials and guidance to optimize their use of Nabla’s ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command features.
- • Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams to investigate user-reported issues, identify root causes, and translate clinician feedback into actionable product improvements.
- • Analyze and synthesize patterns in user feedback to inform product roadmap decisions, enhance customer satisfaction metrics, and improve platform usability for clinical workflows.
- • Contribute to scaling support operations by identifying inefficiencies, documenting best practices, and implementing process improvements as the user base grows beyond 100,000 clinicians.
- • Serve as a frontline advocate for clinicians, ensuring their voices directly influence product development and user experience enhancements.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with clinical documentation workflows, EHR systems (specifically NextGen and PointClickCare), and the daily challenges faced by healthcare providers.
- • Act as a bridge between clinical users and technical teams, translating complex clinical needs into clear, actionable insights for engineers and product managers.
- • Proactively identify trends in user behavior and support requests to anticipate issues before they scale, improving overall platform reliability and clinician trust.
- • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to refine onboarding materials, knowledge base content, and training resources tailored to clinician audiences.
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient care-related interactions and data.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving product features and company priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare SaaS environment.
- • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with advancements in clinical AI, healthcare technology, and digital health workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in healthcare technology, customer success, or support, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
- • 2+ years working in a clinical or clinical documentation role (e.g., scribe, medical assistant, nurse) with strong understanding of provider workflows and EHR systems
- • Must have experience with NextGen and PointClickCare EHR systems; specialty EHRs preferred
- • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in healthcare SaaS
- • Proficient with tools such as Front, Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar systems
- • Currently authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
