- • Maintain and develop deployment options for Filigran products and internal tooling using Helm charts, Ansible, Terraform, and other infrastructure-as-code tools
- • Ensure high availability and reliability of Filigran SaaS product instances across cloud and virtualized environments
- • Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead post-incident reviews
- • Design and implement automated, "as code" deployment pipelines for Filigran Cloud and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- • Build and maintain self-service tooling for developers and internal teams to streamline deployment and operational workflows
- • Collaborate with Platform Staff Engineers, Technical Product Managers, and other Platform Engineers to enhance product scalability and reliability
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery culture through proactive monitoring, automation, and documentation
- • Work within a remote-first, asynchronous team of approximately 16 platform engineers to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions
- • Support the deployment of new features and products by aligning infrastructure changes with product roadmaps and engineering standards
- • Operate in a global, fully remote environment with a focus on autonomy, ownership, and team collaboration
- • Apply strong engineering practices to integrate emerging technologies, including AI, into platform infrastructure and tooling
- • Uphold company values of Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility, and Equity in all technical and interpersonal interactions
- • Contribute to an open-source cybersecurity ecosystem by enabling defense teams to anticipate threats and act faster through robust, reliable infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or DevOps professional
- • Proven experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- • Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar)
- • Full professional proficiency in English
- • Comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
- • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and team collaboration
