📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations for enterprise customers, covering discovery, design, build, UAT, launch, and hypercare phases, while owning scope, delivery, customer enablement, and business impact.
• Build and integrate production-grade AI agents using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures, handling authentication (OAuth2/JWT), data mapping, and robust error handling.
• Configure AI agent workflows, prompts, tools, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, establishing evaluation metrics, guardrails, and reliability standards for safety and quality.
• Develop lightweight Python automations and custom connectors or middleware to fulfill specific customer integration requirements not covered by the low-code/no-code platform.
• Set up observability infrastructure including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting; create comprehensive runbooks, playbooks, and technical documentation for customer and internal use.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and root-cause analysis for production issues post-launch, driving durable fixes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enable customers to become self-sufficient builders on the Relevance AI platform through workshops, onboarding sessions, co-development, and best practices training.
• Act as a strategic partner by translating customer feedback and usage patterns into product insights, influencing roadmap priorities and reusable solution patterns.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Customer Success teams based on measurable outcomes and value delivered during implementations.
• Support pre-sales activities (~20%) including targeted discovery calls, use case selection, and implementation planning to accelerate deal closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment on technical delivery.
• Maintain deep familiarity with the Relevance AI platform’s capabilities and limitations to architect optimal AI agent solutions tailored to enterprise workflows in operations, marketing, and sales.
• Ensure all implementations adhere to security and privacy standards such as SOC 2 and data residency requirements.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed to support critical implementations or on-site enablement sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions, Professional, or Implementation consulting, with enterprise customer experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, OpenAPI); familiarity with Postman or Insomnia.
• Practical experience with LLMs including prompt design, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with clear customer communication skills.
• Experience productionizing use cases on low-code SaaS or AI platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and security/privacy compliance.
