- • As a Workday Consultant at Deel, you will play a critical role in enabling global businesses to streamline their HR and payroll operations by implementing and optimizing certified Workday integrations, directly supporting Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity for every person, team, and business.
- • You will partner with customers and internal teams to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between Workday and third-party payroll systems, ensuring accurate, secure, and compliant data flow that powers payroll processing for workers in over 150 countries.
- • You will collaborate with sales prospects to understand client needs, define project scope, and set realistic expectations, translating business requirements into technical solutions that maximize the value of Workday investments.
- • You will work closely with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams to continuously improve integration functionality, identify opportunities for enhancement, and deliver scalable solutions that adapt to evolving customer needs.
- • You will design and implement Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services APIs, with a focus on payroll data transfers, field mapping, and validation of gross-to-net calculations, tax jurisdiction rules, and wage types.
- • You will provide technical expertise in troubleshooting complex integration issues, resolving data transfer discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy policies when handling sensitive HR and payroll information.
- • You will create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, field mappings, and process flows, to support knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, and future audits.
- • You will manage stakeholder communication and project deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality implementations that meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.
- • You will proactively suggest and help implement new ways to support customer needs, contributing to innovation in Deel’s payroll and HR infrastructure.
- • You will operate within a fully remote, globally distributed team of 7,000+ employees across 100+ countries, contributing to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and inclusion that drives Deel’s rapid growth and market leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant with a focus on Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations.
- • Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core; experience with Prism, Studio, Extend, or custom report building is a plus.
- • Proven experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems, including mapping data fields, troubleshooting data transfer issues, and validating payroll outputs.
- • Strong understanding of standard payroll concepts, including gross-to-net calculations, tax jurisdiction rules, and wage types.
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver customer value.
