- • Own outbound pipeline generation targeting enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA in verticals including healthcare, financial services, and technology.
- • Partner closely with enterprise Account Executives to co-own named accounts, align on entry points, and execute coordinated multi-threaded plays to break into large organizations.
- • Research target accounts to craft highly personalized, technically credible outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone — avoiding templated sequences and focusing on relevance to engineering and AI/ML leaders.
- • Book discovery calls and product demos for enterprise AEs, ensuring full context is provided so sales conversations are sharp, informed, and aligned with the prospect’s technical needs.
- • Work directly with marketing, solutions engineering, and product teams to refine ICP, shape campaign strategy, and feed buyer insights back into product and GTM messaging.
- • Surface market intelligence gathered from prospect interactions to inform product roadmap and sales positioning, acting as a critical voice from the front lines.
- • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets through consistent, high-quality outreach and disciplined follow-up.
- • Engage with engineering leaders, heads of infrastructure, and VP-level AI product teams who are already using LiveKit in development — transitioning from product-led growth to enterprise sales conversations.
- • Leverage deep curiosity about technology to hold intelligent conversations about WebRTC, real-time media infrastructure, and why companies choose LiveKit over self-hosted solutions.
- • Operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the enterprise sales playbook is still being written, requiring adaptability and initiative to shape processes.
- • Use sales engagement tools and Salesforce to manage pipeline, track outreach, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- • Focus on quality over quantity: prioritize emails and messages that get replies over those that get deleted, and value the depth of meetings booked as much as their volume.
- • Map buying committees within large organizations and run multi-threaded outreach campaigns to engage multiple stakeholders across technical and decision-making layers.
- • Build relationships with developers and technical teams who have been using LiveKit for months before the first sales touch, leveraging existing product familiarity to accelerate trust.
- • Contribute to refining messaging and positioning by testing outreach variations and reporting what resonates with enterprise buyers in real time.
- • Maintain a competitive drive toward quota while ensuring every interaction reflects a genuine understanding of the buyer’s technical context and challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally at a developer tools, infrastructure, or voice AI company
- • Genuinely curious about technology and able to hold intelligent conversations about WebRTC, real-time communications, or managed infrastructure vs. self-hosted stacks
- • Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to craft outreach that gets replies, not deletions
- • Experience with sales engagement tools and Salesforce
- • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written
