📋 Description
- • This Account Manager role at G2i Inc. focuses on owning the most complex, high-stakes client situations — diagnosing root causes, resetting relationships, and driving outcomes that protect both the client and the company.
- • Day to day, you will take full ownership of escalated or high-risk accounts, lead high-stakes conversations with founders and C-suite executives, build targeted recovery plans, advise on go-to-market strategy, and contribute to scalable retention frameworks and playbooks.
- • You will report into senior leadership, operate with full autonomy, and own outcomes without being managed through it — handling cases others cannot close.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop senior advisory skills, influence internal delivery teams with structured feedback, and build systems that reduce escalation volume and improve client retention across the portfolio.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in client success, account management, consulting, or a senior operational role within a high-growth, agency, or tech-enabled environment.
- • Proven track record managing complex, escalated, or high-risk accounts with demonstrable recovery and retention outcomes.
- • Experience operating at or advising founder/C-suite level — influencing decisions under pressure, not just executing.
- • Strong diagnostic ability across strategy, execution, expectation, and delivery.
- • High emotional intelligence — resets expectations and holds trust under pressure.
- • Expert-level negotiation and de-escalation in emotionally and commercially charged situations.
