  • • As an Account Manager for the DACH market at Aircall, you will own customer success and revenue growth across your portfolio, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by uncovering opportunities to expand, renew, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • • You will act as both the voice of Aircall for the customer and the voice of the customer within Aircall, ensuring customers realize the full value of their investment while fueling sustainable growth for the company.
  • • You will deeply understand customer needs across industries and use cases to become a trusted expert who identifies growth potential and improves the customer experience by translating goals into solutions that unlock adoption, value realization, and expansion.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Customer Engineering, Product, and Support to accelerate adoption, drive usage of add-on SKUs, and build deep, long-term relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
  • • You will operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ownership, continuous learning, and thoughtful speed are valued, contributing to Aircall’s mission of helping teams work smarter through AI-powered communications.
  • • You will help shape Aircall’s transformation as it integrates AI functionality into its market-leading platform to help customers operate more intelligently, efficiently, and competitively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
  • • Experience driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), renewals, expansions, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Engineering.
  • • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, to serve the DACH market effectively.
  • • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
