• • The Account Manager (Motor Finance – Dealers) role at Tandem Bank is pivotal in driving sustainable digital banking growth by building and maintaining relationships with used car dealers and brokers across the East Midlands region. • • Day to day, the Account Manager will create new dealer/broker relationships, manage existing accounts to meet sales and efficiency targets, attend face-to-face meetings and negotiate finance terms via telephone and email, deliver excellent customer service, collaborate as an active team player, achieve business and personal objectives, and attend 121s and team meetings typically held in Cardiff.
