- • Partner with business leaders and managers across global regions to drive team effectiveness, performance management, and day-to-day people decisions aligned with business priorities.
- • Translate organizational goals into actionable people strategies covering hiring, engagement, performance, and workforce planning in a fast-evolving, non-standardized environment.
- • Advise managers on employee relations matters and performance conversations with practical judgment, avoiding rigid policy adherence in favor of business-aligned solutions.
- • Support workforce planning initiatives including headcount tracking, talent forecasting, and people data analysis in collaboration with Finance and HR leadership teams.
- • Contribute to talent initiatives such as onboarding, career development, internal mobility, and learning programs to foster employee growth and retention.
- • Analyze people data and employee feedback to identify trends, surface organizational risks, and recommend data-informed improvements to HR practices.
- • Operate as an embedded HR advisor across multiple geographies and business contexts, adapting approaches to local norms while maintaining global consistency.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on complex people challenges where standard HR playbooks are insufficient or inapplicable.
- • Drive alignment between business outcomes and HR execution by bridging operational needs with people strategy in a high-autonomy, execution-focused culture.
- • Engage in sensitive employee matters with discretion, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset to maintain trust and organizational integrity.
- • Support the scaling of HR systems and processes as the company expands globally, ensuring people practices evolve with business growth.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure HR initiatives are integrated with financial planning, operational targets, and product development timelines.
- • Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement in HR practices across all levels of the organization.
