🎯 Requirements
- • Active and unrestricted real estate license
- • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience with closed transactions, or related experience including prior Redfin real estate capacity
- • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- • Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referral business
- • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
