- • As an Account Manager at Latent AI, Inc., you will own the post-implementation success of health system customers on the East Coast, driving adoption, delivering measurable clinical and operational outcomes, and demonstrating ROI by tying product usage to real-world impact in a mission-driven healthcare technology environment.
- • You will build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships across complex, matrixed health systems to drive trust, retention, and long-term customer advocacy, ensuring satisfied, referenceable customers who champion Latent’s impact.
- • Day to day, you will own the post–go-live customer relationship, partnering with clinical, pharmacy, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders while navigating complex governance structures to ensure alignment and success.
- • You will drive adoption across departments and use cases by defining, tracking, and communicating outcomes tied to quality, efficiency, patient experience, and ROI, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to change management, resourcing, and workflow alignment.
- • You will own renewals by ensuring customer value is clear, measurable, and aligned with executive priorities, while identifying and advancing upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning additional capabilities to customer needs and demonstrated outcomes.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, resolve complex customer issues, and translate customer feedback, usage patterns, and insights into actionable input that informs product priorities and roadmap decisions.
- • You will build and execute structured account plans, MBRs, and QBRs that highlight results, surface risks, and align on future growth, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through to support long-term account health.
- • You will thrive in a hybrid role based in New York City with three days per week in the office, operating independently in ambiguity while being energized by transforming healthcare through customer advocacy on a small, fast-growing team backed by top-tier investors.
- • You will develop deep expertise in healthcare AI/ML platforms, clinical workflow tools, and enterprise health system operations, gaining experience in regulated environments and long adoption cycles while contributing to products healthcare partners genuinely love.
- • You will grow your executive presence, cross-functional communication, and strategic account planning skills in a high-growth environment that values adaptability, ownership, collaboration, and a strong work ethic with commitment to quality and rigor.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar post-sale role
- • Experience supporting health systems, hospitals, or enterprise healthcare customers
- • Proven success driving renewals and expansion in complex, regulated environments
- • Strong executive presence with excellent cross-functional communication skills
- • Experience with healthcare IT, AI/ML platforms, or clinical workflow tools (preferred)
- • Familiarity with hospital operations, pharmacy, clinical informatics, or quality programs (preferred)
