- • Nelly.com Sverige AB is seeking a highly customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Germany. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing long-term partnerships, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our innovative healthcare technology platform. You will be instrumental in driving client success and satisfaction, acting as a central point of contact and a trusted advisor.
- • As an Account Manager, you will own and manage your dedicated customer portfolio, guaranteeing their ongoing satisfaction and success with Nelly. Your primary responsibility is to ensure clients achieve their goals and maximize the benefits of our platform. This involves understanding their unique needs, workflows, and challenges within the healthcare sector.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for both end-users and key decision-makers within client organizations. Your role will encompass guiding practices from the initial onboarding phase through to long-term, sustained utilization of Nelly's solutions. This requires building strong, trust-based relationships and fostering a deep understanding of their operational requirements.
- • Proactively manage client inquiries and support needs through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and in-person meetings. This requires a responsive and empathetic approach, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and requests.
- • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within your client portfolio. By understanding client needs and the full scope of Nelly's offerings, you will strategically propose additional solutions and services that can further enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Develop and implement targeted strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. This involves creating proactive engagement plans, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring clients are continuously realizing value from their investment in Nelly.
- • Collaborate closely with our Product team to channel valuable customer feedback. Your insights will be crucial in driving the continuous improvement and evolution of the Nelly platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of healthcare technology.
- • Contribute to the overall growth and success of Nelly by fostering strong client relationships and driving product adoption and satisfaction. Your efforts will directly impact our mission to simplify healthcare administration and empower medical professionals.
- • Understand the unique challenges faced by the healthcare industry, particularly in Germany, and position Nelly as a vital solution to these administrative burdens. This includes staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- • Develop a deep understanding of Nelly's platform, its features, and its benefits, enabling you to effectively communicate its value proposition to a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
- • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing clients, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform to its full potential.
- • Monitor client usage and engagement metrics, identifying potential risks or opportunities for intervention and support.
- • Act as a client advocate within Nelly, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood and addressed by relevant internal teams.
- • Contribute to the development of best practices for account management and customer success within the organization.
- • Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status within our CRM system.
- • Travel to client sites as needed for meetings, training, and relationship building, demonstrating a commitment to understanding their on-the-ground operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, customer success, or sales, ideally within a B2B or B2C environment. Internships or similar experiences are valued.
- • Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German (C2 level) and strong proficiency in English.
- • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently with a focused approach, while also thriving in a collaborative team setting and engaging with clients.
- • Open personality, structured work approach, and a passion for problem-solving.
- • Experience in the healthcare or financial services sector is a plus.
- • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management tools like Asana is advantageous.
