- • As an Account Manager for the LATAM market, you will be the lynchpin of our client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring our partners in this crucial region maximize the value derived from our high-octane sports and esports content. Your role is pivotal in managing the entire client lifecycle, from the critical final stages of the sales process and seamless technical onboarding, through to ongoing performance optimization and strategic upselling initiatives. - • Your core responsibilities will encompass several key areas:
- • **Onboarding and Launch Excellence:** You will spearhead the integration process for new operators. This involves meticulous coordination between our internal Engineering, Business Analysis (BA), and Supervising teams to guarantee a smooth and efficient 'Go-Live' experience for every new partner. Your ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution will be critical to setting up our clients for success from day one.
- • **Robust Relationship Management:** The foundation of this role is building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across Tier-1 and Tier-2 sportsbooks. You will be the trusted advisor, understanding their business objectives and demonstrating how BETER's offerings can help them achieve their goals. Regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of their operational needs will be paramount.
- • **In-depth Performance Analysis:** You will be responsible for diligently monitoring daily consumption (PPE) and revenue share (RS) performance metrics for your assigned clients. This involves identifying any gaps in content placement, investigating discrepancies, and working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to implement solutions that enhance performance and profitability. A keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach are essential here.
- • **Strategic Growth and Upselling:** Beyond maintaining current performance, you will proactively identify opportunities to upsell new disciplines and tournaments. Your goal will be to ensure our comprehensive content offering is strategically positioned and ranked competitively on the client's platform, driving increased engagement and revenue for both parties. Understanding market trends and client needs will fuel these growth opportunities.
- • **Financial Oversight and Reconciliation:** You will manage the critical financial aspects of client accounts, including monthly revenue reconciliations, payment control, and the invoicing process. Accuracy and timeliness in these financial operations are non-negotiable, ensuring smooth commercial operations and maintaining strong financial partnerships.
- • **Effective Crisis Management:** Inevitably, technical challenges can arise. You will serve as the primary escalation point for any technical issues, such as video streaming disruptions or odds feed inaccuracies. Your role will involve coordinating swiftly with our dedicated 24/7 Supervising team to diagnose, resolve, and communicate solutions, minimizing any impact on the client's operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Sales Support specifically within the iGaming Sportsbook industry.
- • Professional working proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, in addition to fluent English (mandatory).
- • Strong technical aptitude, comfortable working with API documentation, WebViews, and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), and capable of effectively communicating technical requirements to engineering teams.
- • Demonstrated experience in a data-driven role, analyzing metrics such as Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), Turnover, and other performance indicators to identify trends and inform business decisions.
- • Ability to work remotely and effectively manage your schedule to align with the LATAM time zone, ensuring consistent client support.
