  • • As a Client Partner for X, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth within the dynamic markets of Bulgaria and Romania. This pivotal role demands a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful advertising solutions. You will serve as a trusted strategic consultant, forging robust, long-term partnerships with both advertising agencies and direct clients. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing high-impact, data-driven media strategies tailored to the unique nuances of each market.
  • • This is a highly commercial and intensely client-facing position, designed for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building and nurturing strong client relationships, coupled with a keen analytical ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.   • • Your core responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within Bulgaria and Romania, expanding our existing client portfolio, and deepening relationships with key stakeholders. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients' businesses, their target audiences, and their competitive landscapes. This knowledge will enable you to propose bespoke advertising strategies that align with their commercial goals, whether it's increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, boosting e-commerce sales, or achieving other critical KPIs.
  • • You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing them with expert guidance on platform capabilities, advertising best practices, and emerging trends. This involves conducting in-depth market analysis, presenting compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns. Your ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, present data-backed insights, and build consensus among diverse client teams will be paramount.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your ability to not only meet but exceed revenue targets. This requires a proactive approach to sales, a deep understanding of the sales funnel, and the skill to manage a robust pipeline of opportunities. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a client-facing sales or account management role within the digital advertising, media, or technology sectors.
  • • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad technologies (ad servers, DSPs, SSPs), and media buying principles.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and/or direct clients.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • • Fluency in English and Bulgarian is essential; proficiency in Romanian is a significant advantage.
