- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with these existing customers to promote our innovative financial services offering, Lightspeed Capital, which provides flexible merchant cash advances.
- • You will leverage your expertise in business development and relationship management to drive awareness and adoption of our financial solutions, directly contributing to the growth and success of our merchant base.
- • This role demands a proactive approach, requiring you to reach out to customers, understand their unique business needs, and effectively position Lightspeed Capital as the ideal solution for their operational expansion and financial requirements.
- • You will be expected to deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service, employing effective sales techniques to not only promote but also to educate merchants on the benefits and functionalities of Lightspeed Capital.
- • Building and nurturing strong, trusted advisor relationships with your assigned merchants will be paramount, enabling you to identify and capitalize on opportunities for financial service engagement across your entire book of business.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven sales experience, ideally within financial services or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of consistently high performance over several years.
- • Solid understanding of solution-based consultative sales methodologies, particularly within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
- • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce.com, and other technologies for pipeline management and organization.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships both internally and externally.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build valuable partnerships.
