- • Wasserman Live's Brand Experience division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Experiential Account Manager to join their team in France. This fixed-term role, extending until October 2027, will be instrumental in planning and executing cutting-edge brand experiences and events across a diverse range of sectors, including festivals, sporting events, food & drink festivals, cultural gatherings, and exhibitions.
- • As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end management of event projects. This encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategy development and compelling client presentations to meticulous budgeting, thorough feasibility assessments, and seamless operational event execution. Your overarching goal will be to consistently deliver best-in-class brand experiences that leave a lasting impact.
- • A core aspect of this role involves developing and nurturing strong client relationships, managing accounts autonomously, and overseeing the day-to-day interactions with clients and brand stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring clear, consistent, and regular communication and reporting, both externally with clients and internally across Wasserman Live and the broader Wasserman group.
- • You will be expected to deeply understand and creatively evolve client briefs, actively contributing strategic insights and innovative ideas. This includes leading brainstorming sessions, demonstrating a flair for creativity, and structuring concepts grounded in a robust understanding of the sports, music, and entertainment industries.
- • The role demands the production of high-quality written presentations, focusing not only on the substance of the content but also on compelling storytelling to effectively convey ideas and strategies to clients.
- • Project management excellence is paramount. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing effective systems and procedures to ensure projects are structured efficiently and executed flawlessly. This involves detailed planning and delivery of projects, close supervision of on-site activations, rigorous budget creation and management, and diligent project administration.
- • Financial acumen is crucial, as you will manage client budgets on a daily basis. This includes overseeing pricing strategies, ensuring project profitability, managing budget approvals, and processing payments accurately and on time.
- • You will also be responsible for venue selection and bookings, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met and all necessary regulatory documentation is fully compliant. This requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of event logistics and compliance.
- • Coordination and leadership of on-site teams, production partners, and all suppliers involved in project delivery are key responsibilities. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution on the ground.
- • Developing and managing comprehensive project schedules, alongside detailed reporting, project sheets, and calendars, will be essential for keeping all stakeholders informed and projects on track.
- • A critical part of the role involves defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluating campaign success. This includes identifying key learnings and producing strong, impactful case studies that showcase the value and effectiveness of the brand experiences delivered.
- • You will be encouraged to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client accounts, acting as a proactive growth driver and ambassador for Wasserman Live's comprehensive service offerings.
- • Leading by example, you will set high professional standards, championing best practices and ensuring a consistently high level of work quality across all projects.
- • Internally, you will foster strong working relationships and promote a collaborative team spirit, both within the Wasserman Live team and with client-side counterparts. Leveraging the diverse expertise available across the entire Wasserman Live organization will be vital for optimizing the quality of deliverables.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying additional business opportunities and growth drivers, ensuring Wasserman Live's services are consistently considered and integrated into client strategies.
- • The position requires weekly travel to Paris, and fluency in both French and English is essential for effective communication and client management.
