  • • In this pivotal role, you will own and manage the entire sales cycle for a dedicated book of business, focusing on retaining and growing existing customer investments. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new expansion opportunities, executing strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives to deepen customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • • You will be instrumental in presenting Remote’s comprehensive suite of services to our existing client base, articulating the value proposition and creating tailored solutions that address their unique business needs. This involves understanding the evolving communication and HR requirements of small and mid-sized businesses and designing pathways for them to leverage our platform effectively.
  • • A core aspect of your responsibility will be to nurture and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key customer contacts and advocates. This includes staying in frequent communication, understanding their evolving needs, developing a strategic roadmap for their engagement with Remote, and actively soliciting feedback to enhance their experience and our offerings.
  • • You will be responsible for generating and executing customer retention initiatives, actively participating in strategic events and leading discussions to foster loyalty and ensure long-term customer success. Your proactive approach will be key to building trust and demonstrating the ongoing value Remote provides.
  • • Collaboration is central to success at Remote. You will work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize their utilization of our services.   • • You will be empowered to develop and execute proactive client strategies, adapting your approach to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets per account. This requires a deep understanding of sales processes, strong business acumen, and the ability to forecast outcomes accurately.

  • • You will report to the Manager, Account Management, and be part of the Sales team, working remotely within the APAC region.   • • Remote's compensation philosophy ensures fair, unbiased pay above in-location rates, with On-Target Earnings ranging from $64,400 to $144,850 USD (60% base salary). 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in retaining and growing existing accounts, driving net new expansion bookings, and executing upsell/cross-sell strategies within customer accounts.
  • • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing key customer relationships across various levels, including decision-makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders, to drive successful client outcomes and revenue growth.
  • • Ability to proactively communicate with key customer contacts to understand their needs, develop strategic roadmaps, and solicit feedback on products and services.
  • • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to create and execute sales motions and tactics to consistently grow revenue per account.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business fluency in English being essential.
  • • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to be in a closing role, coupled with resilience, perseverance, and a positive attitude.
