  • • Own and grow a high-impact portfolio of affiliate and strategic partnerships for Brigit, a mission-driven fintech that has already helped millions of everyday Americans avoid overdraft fees, build credit, and save money. You will be the single-threaded owner for marquee partners, translating their goals into quarterly growth plans and ensuring every campaign ladders up to Brigit’s vision of financial health for all.
  • • Serve as the day-to-day quarterback for partner operations—onboarding new affiliates, configuring tracking links, validating creative assets, and troubleshooting technical issues—while simultaneously thinking three moves ahead about how each relationship can scale revenue, improve unit economics, and deepen member value.
  • • Define, track, and obsess over KPIs such as incremental new-member acquisition, lifetime value, cost-per-funding, and fraud-adjusted ROAS. You will build Looker dashboards, run cohort analyses, and surface insights that influence product roadmaps, pricing tests, and credit-policy changes across the company.
  • • Build and manage detailed forecasts and budgets that stretch every marketing dollar. You will model upside scenarios, downside protections, and re-investment loops so leadership can confidently allocate millions in annual spend across dozens of partner channels.
  • • Design and execute always-on promotional calendars—cash-back boosts, limited-time APR discounts, co-branded webinars, TikTok creator drops—that keep partners engaged and members excited. You will brief creative teams, QA landing pages, and monitor real-time conversion funnels to hit aggressive weekly growth targets.
  • • Negotiate commission tiers, placement fees, and exclusivity windows that balance partner profitability with Brigit’s long-term unit economics. You will walk into rooms with C-suite executives from major publishers, neobanks, and influencer networks and walk out with signed amendments that unlock six-figure annual revenue.
  • • Detect and neutralize compliance or fraud risks before they hit the P&L. You will audit traffic sources, monitor for incent violations, and partner with Legal and Risk to shut down bad actors while protecting legitimate partners’ earnings.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product to prioritize new features (e.g., instant payouts, joint savings goals) that partners can market; with Data Science to build propensity models that identify the highest-value audiences; and with Member Success to ensure new customers have a seamless first 30-day experience.
  • • Present weekly performance read-outs to the executive team, distilling complex attribution data into crisp narratives that inform board-level decisions. Your decks will be the source of truth for how partnerships are driving Brigit toward its next stage of growth.
  • • Travel 10-15 % of the time to industry conferences, partner QBRs, and creator events, representing Brigit on stage and in closed-door meetings. You will come back with new pipeline opportunities, competitive intelligence, and creative ideas that keep our program best-in-class.
