đź“‹ Description
- • Own and elevate the respiratory health of long-term care (LTC) residents across the Great Plains region (Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota) by ensuring every nursing facility, prescriber, pharmacist, and caregiver has seamless access to Viatris respiratory therapies and the knowledge to use them correctly.
- • Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan that balances strategic account management with day-to-day tactical excellence—mapping decision-makers, prioritizing high-value opportunities, and deploying the right mix of educational programs, speaker events, and compliant business meals to drive measurable product pull-through.
- • Cultivate trusted partnerships with a diverse customer ecosystem: attending physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, consultant pharmacists, directors of nursing, medical directors, facility administrators, and key opinion leaders—translating clinical evidence into practical solutions that improve resident outcomes and reduce readmissions.
- • Deliver compelling, evidence-based product education tailored to each stakeholder’s clinical and economic lens; leverage approved sales aids, peer-reviewed reprints, and digital resources to reinforce appropriate prescribing and formulary adoption while remaining fully compliant with all regulations and Viatris policy.
- • Diagnose and resolve access barriers in real time—whether coverage restrictions, supply issues, or workflow gaps—by collaborating cross-functionally with managed markets, operations, and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability for every eligible resident.
- • Generate actionable customer insights through field intelligence, CRM data, and market analytics; convert these insights into quarterly action plans that optimize call reach, frequency, and programming ROI, while staying within allocated budget and policy guidelines.
- • Champion Viatris at regional LTC conferences, state association meetings, and continuing-education events; represent the company as a knowledgeable, solutions-oriented partner who advances respiratory care standards across the post-acute continuum.
- • Model a culture of collaboration by sharing best practices with regional teammates, mentoring new hires, and volunteering for pilot initiatives that test innovative engagement models—consistently demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude that energizes colleagues and customers alike.
- • Maintain meticulous documentation of business transactions, expense reports, and customer interactions in CRM; use this data to evaluate territory performance, refine strategies, and deliver transparent updates to leadership.
- • Stay current on evolving clinical guidelines, payer policy changes, and competitive dynamics; synthesize this knowledge into proactive customer conversations that position Viatris as the indispensable partner for respiratory care in long-term settings.
