- • As an Account Manager at ControlUp Technologies Ltd., you will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 accounts across the EMEA region, focusing on post-sale relationship management to ensure customer success, retention, and growth of lifetime value.
- • Day to day, you will engage with customers to align their goals with ControlUp’s solutions, collaborate with CSMs, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services teams to deliver a superior customer experience, drive software adoption and license utilization, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell through proactive needs assessment and education.
- • You will be part of a globally distributed, collaborative team structure (PODs) that supports new business sellers by ensuring customer value remains central to revenue growth, working closely with US-based and international peers to leverage diverse perspectives and drive account expansion.
- • In this role, you will develop deep commercial acumen, strengthen your ability to influence decision-makers at all levels, and grow as a trusted advisor to customers—building enduring partnerships while contributing to the renewal and expansion of a significant book of business in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in Dutch & Fluent (other languages are a plus!)
- • Proven track record of working in fast-growing SaaS businesses
- • Prior responsibility for a portfolio of more than 200 accounts across all segments/verticals
- • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
- • Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations
- • Experience in one or more of the following roles: Customer Success Manager/ Renewals /Sales/IT manager, Software Sales
