  • • As a National Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client sales organization by targeting and securing new business within large enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech organizations. This is a unique opportunity to be a key driver of growth, directly contributing to the success of our clients and the advancement of healthcare technology.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the Life Sciences and MedTech industries. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges, and demonstrating how Redox's innovative interoperability solutions can address their critical data exchange needs.
  • • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to sales. You will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan, systematically identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, sign new enterprise customers, and drive significant revenue growth for Redox.
  • • A core component of this position involves becoming an expert in Redox's platform and its value proposition for the Life Sciences and MedTech markets. You will need to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, tailoring your message to resonate with the specific business objectives and pain points of each prospect.
  • • Building trust and credibility with senior-level executives, IT decision-makers, and clinical leaders within target organizations will be paramount. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • • Beyond direct sales, you will also be responsible for managing your sales pipeline with meticulous attention to detail. Diligent and accurate use of our CRM software is essential for tracking progress, forecasting revenue, and ensuring effective territory management.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise technology sales, specifically within the Life Sciences and/or MedTech industries.
  • • Demonstrated experience selling complex SaaS solutions and navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise organizations.
  • • Strong understanding of healthcare data interoperability, EHR systems, or related health tech solutions.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at systematic prospecting and territory management using CRM software.
