• • As a CRC Benefits - Inside Sales Representative, Ancillary Benefits (Remote), you will drive business growth and expand market presence in your assigned region by owning the sales process from quote through enrollment with Non-Med broker firms.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and identifying potential agents and opportunities, conducting sales presentations for ancillary products (Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Life, Disability, Worksite), building lasting relationships with agency and carrier partners, co-creating regional sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets, staying current on industry trends, providing post-sales support, and collaborating with regional leadership and Benefit Sales Executives to improve products and agent experience.
