  • • As an Enterprise Sales Director for Benelux, you will drive new business growth and revenue expansion in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment, directly contributing to Semperis’ mission of being a Force for Good through innovative identity security solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing net new enterprise opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and exceeding assigned quarterly and annual targets.
  • • You will join the EMEA West Sales Team, collaborating closely with SDRs, Channel Directors, and internal stakeholders to build strategic alliances and leverage partner ecosystems to expand market presence across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise identity security, refine advanced sales methodologies like Challenger and MEDDIC, and grow as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders in global enterprises, positioning yourself for leadership advancement within a high-growth, award-winning cybersecurity organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals in cybersecurity, identity, or adjacent technology markets.
  • • Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise accounts, including experience navigating long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and competitive procurement processes.
  • • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; Flemish and French language skills are highly desirable for effective engagement across the Benelux region.
  • • Strong background in Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity and access management (IAM) solutions is a significant advantage.
  • • Proven ability to develop and execute territory and account-based sales strategies, including pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • • Experience working with channel partners and alliance networks to source and co-sell opportunities is preferred.
