📋 Description

  • • Drive partner awareness and channel-driven new business growth for Workato across South Korea by developing and executing a strategic partner sales plan focused on co-market, co-sell, and co-delivery motions.
  • • Establish and lead Workato’s Enterprise MCP and AI orchestration messaging within the Korean partner ecosystem, aligning joint sales and implementation models with local enterprise market dynamics.
  • • Identify and cultivate pipeline opportunities aligned with dominant Korean enterprise partner entry patterns, including legacy system integration via iPaaS and AI execution layer construction.
  • • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop partner-driven portfolio and pipeline plans, ensuring the right Workato partners are matched with key customers and prospects.
  • • Manage and nurture executive-level relationships with Workato’s most strategic partners in South Korea, driving strategically important initiatives aligned with regional growth objectives.
  • • Recruit, onboard, and enable new strategic partnerships that expand Workato’s market reach and generate incremental revenue opportunities in the region.
  • • Design and execute targeted pipeline generation activities in partnership with sales and marketing teams to increase visibility and conversion of partner-sourced opportunities.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure Workato remains the preferred partner platform, and proactively recommend growth strategies to executive leadership.
  • • Position yourself as an industry expert by building relationships with potential partners, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders; attend and present at relevant industry events.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment, support, and seamless execution of partner initiatives.
  • • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Korean enterprise legacy systems such as SAP and Oracle ERP to guide partner enablement and solution positioning.
  • • Act as the primary liaison between Workato’s Singapore HQ and local partner ecosystem, adapting global strategies to the nuances of the Korean enterprise market.
  • • Travel as required to meet with partners, attend industry conferences, and support joint sales activities across South Korea.
  • • Maintain a high level of ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a small regional team and centralized global support structure.
