📋 Description

  • As a Channel Partner Manager at Phonely Inc., you will build and manage the company's partner ecosystem from scratch, defining strategy, recruiting partners, creating enablement materials, and owning channel-generated revenue in a high-growth voice AI startup.
  • Day to day, you will identify and onboard strategic partners (resellers, tech partners, agencies, consultancies, SIs), develop joint go-to-market plans, track partner pipeline and revenue attribution, negotiate agreements, create training and sales collateral, represent Phonely at industry events, and collaborate with sales, CS, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Phonely is a fast-growing startup building conversational voice AI agents for high-volume phone workflows, used by customers to qualify leads, book appointments, route calls, and resolve real customer conversations in production. The company believes partnerships will be a major growth lever and is backed by a team of ex-athletes, founders, and builders with low egos and high standards.
  • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of a 0-to-1 partner program, develop strategic thinking and execution skills in a high-impact area, work directly with founders, and build deep expertise in voice AI, UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS partner ecosystems while driving measurable revenue impact.
