- • As an Account Payable Specialist (m/w/d) at Octopus Energy Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of a global EnerTech company revolutionizing the energy market toward 100% sustainable power. Your work ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, directly contributing to the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process for Octopus Energy Germany, including receiving, verifying, and coding supplier invoices, processing payments via bank transfers, maintaining vendor master data, reconciling supplier statements, and supporting month-end closing activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal controls and German accounting standards.
- • You will join a dynamic, mission-driven finance team within Octopus Energy Germany, part of a global organization committed to sustainability, innovation, and technological advancement in energy. The team operates with agility and purpose, supporting the company’s rapid growth in renewable energy solutions, including heat pumps, smart metering, e-mobility, and wind/solar power generation.
