  • • As an Account Program Manager, Success at Calix, you will lead complex, customer-facing initiatives that span product, engineering, operations, and GTM teams, owning programs end to end to ensure measurable outcomes for strategic customers.
  • • Day to day, you will own customer programs from initiation to delivery, establish goals and success criteria, build integrated program plans with cross-functional teams, serve as the primary customer point of contact, run delivery cadences (standups, checkpoints, executive reviews), track progress, remove blockers, and drive corrective actions.
  • • You will be part of Calix, a company at the forefront of a generational shift in the broadband industry, enabling Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to transform and future-proof their businesses through the Calix One platform — a cloud-first, AI-powered solution that delivers real-time data, automation, and actionable insights.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in executive stakeholder management, program risk and issue mitigation, change management, and driving alignment across teams with a customer-first mindset, while gaining deep exposure to broadband service providers and enterprise software/hardware delivery lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • • 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional, customer-facing programs delivering enterprise software and/or hardware
  • • PMP certification
  • • Strength in executive stakeholder management, influence without authority, and driving decisions across competing priorities
  • • Proven track record delivering programs on time, within scope, and aligned to customer outcomes
  • • Structured problem solver with strong analytical skills and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
