- • The Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures timely invoicing, smooth payment collection, and resolution of billing issues to maintain healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and issuing accurate invoices, managing incoming payments, tracking overdue accounts, resolving discrepancies, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, ensuring compliance with financial policies, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements.
- • SEON Technologies is a fast-growing fraud prevention and AML compliance company headquartered in Budapest, serving global clients like Revolut, Wise, and Bilt with real-time data-driven solutions that reduce fraud and increase ROI.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in accounts receivable management, strengthen financial and communication skills, gain experience with international billing processes, and contribute to operational efficiency in a dynamic, inclusive tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a finance role
- • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoicing and payment processing
- • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- • Strong organisational and time management abilities
- • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial compliance
