- • As an Account Services Specialist at GoTo, you will support customers with billing inquiries and account-related issues, ensuring clear communication and accurate resolutions while contributing to team goals and customer satisfaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding invoices, charges, payments, and account details; investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, refunds, discounts, and account adjustments; collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling; following up with customers to confirm resolution and maintain satisfaction; and managing Salesforce tickets, calls, and emails while meeting productivity and accuracy metrics.
- • You will join GoTo’s Customer Care & Success team, which is dedicated to making IT easy through AI-powered solutions that securely connect users, solve problems, and drive customer delight by leveraging intelligent automation and streamlining support experiences.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service and problem-solving skills, gain experience in billing and account support within a global tech company, and contribute to team success while working in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment that values ongoing learning and employee engagement.

- • Fluency in English and French
- • Experience in customer-facing, billing support, finance, or account support roles
