- • As an Account Services Specialist at GoTo, you will support customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account details, ensuring clear communication and accurate resolution of issues while contributing to team goals through metrics-driven performance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, resolving billing discrepancies, processing refunds and adjustments, collaborating with internal teams, and following up to ensure satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- • You will join GoTo’s Customer Care & Success team, which leverages AI-powered solutions to streamline support and enhance customer experiences, operating within a collaborative, learning-focused culture that values employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in billing operations, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration, while strengthening your problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills in a global, innovative technology environment.

- • Fluency in English and Italian
- • Experience in customer-facing, billing support, finance, or account support roles
